Operation description:
The linear labeling machine with self-adhesive group LINE LAT LAP-LAT can be inserted in automatic packaging systems for containers of any type and shape.
The containers are spaced before entering the machine by centering rollers placed on the sides of the conveyor belt. They are then guided by a counter belt which has the task of making the containers move forward in a constant and stable way during the packaging phase. During the advancement on the conveyor belt, the containers activate a sensor that enables the E4461673 self-adhesive unit to release a single label; immediately after labeling there are sponge rollers for the final ironing of the same and then come out of the machine.
The labeling body is equipped with a system for printing variable data. The printing apparatus (in brass) works with a thermal transfer system for Ribbon FOIL
The machine is in excellent condition, having always worked in a medical environment for the labeling of reel patches.
