Innovative flatbeds for light commercial vehicles
Scattolini bodies are manufactured in modular construction. As a result, any repairs can be carried out quickly and without welding. The modules can be easily replaced with standard tools.

All Scattolini bodies are equipped with aluminium side walls as standard.

Product Standards
• Plywood frame with non-slip resin protection of the surface
• External lashing strips for tarpaulin fastening.
• Completely retractable side and rear side wall locks that can be opened without any side protrusion
• Anodized aluminum alloy side panels, 400 mm high, with profile in a new and exclusive design, hinge recessed into the side wall
• Adjustable exclusive locks with anti-vibration device and automatic backlash compensation
• The side wall locks are locked under tension to create a firm and uniform structure
• Painting entirely with polyester coating is the best and technologically most advanced solution
• The coating creates a plastic protective film that adheres perfectly and can be touched up with normal paints
