The complete line for extrusion of OMAM (co-extrusion) film consists of a set of devices that, in combination, enable the processing of thermoplastic materials, mainly polystyrene (HIPS) with a thickness of 0.2-2.5mm and a width of up to 1000mm (for film) and 0.5- 3.0mm and width up to 1000mm

 Additional devices cooperating with the OMAM line constituting the complete closing of the E4461673 production cycle of the finished product are:
I. DFD adsorption dryer with drying tanks DH 30-8000 liters by Labotek for hygroscopic and non-hygroscopic drying of granulated material and regranulate in the temperature range of 40-200 degrees Celsius. The device was manufactured in 2006.

II. Plate cutting machine made by SML / SCHRODER D-82405. Year 2000.


A set of extruders (co-extrusion) are able to produce a film web in the thickness range of 0.2-2.5mm and width up to 1000mm, and sheets in the thickness range 0.5-3.0mm and width up to 1000mm.
