Olive cleaner, with input of olives with residues, output of leaves, output of earth and small residues from sieves.
The machine is composed of:
Roller screen, self-cleaning by means of a calibrated plate and high-resistance rollers 3mm thick.
Air turbine, operating system based on an air current that affects the product curtain. The air is adjustable in direction and flow to ensure optimal separation.
Double windlass, first windlass located near the vibrating tray to retain large branches and create a good curtain of olives for cleaning.
Second windlass installed in the roller criva to help all those branches that due to their weight cannot dislodge the air E4461673 turbine.
Roller guide, chain drive system with easy access and protected by highly wear-resistant polyamide that completely soundproofs the machine.
Leaf output regulator, to regulate the separation of the leaf and product depending on the variety of olives.
