The CUK 1060 continuous motion cartoner from Bosch has been specially developed to solve the main problems associated with cartoning. The machine is designed for packing bottles into cartons. After the carton has been filled, the carton is closed by mechanical levers and the finished cartons are fed into the line. If the carton is recognised as incorrect, it is automatically sorted out and ejected.

The Bosch Continuous Motion Cartoner Mod. CUK machine is equipped with feeding systems for bottles. The products are fed into the machine, which assigns a carton to each product. The carton is removed from the feeder by a rotor, erected and opened. The product is inserted into the box using the pusher station. E4461673 The filled box is then closed. Checks are carried out on the products to be packaged to ensure maximum security for the quality of the packages leaving the machine.
The folding of the leaflets is realised by GUK folders.
The machine is currently still in production. Several format parts are available.
