Proses Kapları Üretici: DIESSEL Kapasite 195 Li'dir Paslanmaz çelik, cilalı Paslanmaz çelikten yapılmış, menteşeli kapaklı, kapağın üzerindeki güvenlik ızgarası ve alt yan çıkışı olan, hareketli, basınçsız, çift kılıflı karıştırıcı kap. Tank, döner tekerlekli hareketli bir çerçeveye monte edilmiştir (bunlardan ikisi park freni içerir). Merkezi olarak düzenlenmiş çaltıcı, ayrı bir patlamaya dayanıklı elektrik motoru tarafından sürülen ATES sertifikalı VISCO JET karıştırıcı başlığı tarafından sürülür. Siemens ve Eaton bileşenleriyle paslanmaz çelik kontrol kabini ile kontrol edilir. Sistem, ATEX alanında kullanım için uygundur (bkz. işaretleme çaltıcı/motor).
Dizel DICAR Ünite 04, profesyonel içecek üretim süreci için karbonatlama sistemidir. DI-TRACO Tip 4 CO₂ dönüştürücü (4–20 mA = 0–10 g/l CO₂) ve Siemens S7 PLC kontrolcüsüyle donatılmış sistem, gazlı içecekler, su ve meyve içeren ürünlerin hassas ve tutarlı karbonatlanmasını sağlar. CO₂ tedarik, süreç kontrolü ve isteğe bağlı CIP temizliği için entegre bağlantılarla DICAR Unit 04, hijyenik, güvenli ve verimli çalışma sağlar. Sağlam tasarım ve otomasyon yetenekleri, modern içecek üretim hatları için güvenilir bir çözüm haline getirir.
