VM PLC CONTROLLED POWDER COATING RECIPROCATOR The powder coating reciprocator is designed for automated painting applications. It ensures perfect coating of the work pieces passing in front of it by moving the spray guns up and down in a single axis. It moves in one axis along the vertical guide column, providing maximum performance under daily working conditions withstanding continuous load. The brake drive motor and gearbox have been selected to ensure the reciprocator’s long life and performance under heavy working environment conditions. The mechanical system design with chain or belt provides silent and vibration-free vertical movement. Perfect coating is achieved with easy adjustment of stroke and speed.
