The inline Stephan Microcut MCH 20 is suitable for a wide range of
applications in the food industry. It combines efficient mixing, fine
cutting and emulsifying in one simple operation with minimum space
requirement. Typical applications such as: emulstions, dressings,
sauces, mayonaisse, ketchup, liquid products and pureed food.
