1 of used high-speed film-only shrinkpacker - multi-packer, make KHS, type Innopack SP A-H, new 2013, operating direction right. Used to pack standard and sleek beverage cans as 2x2=4 3-lane, as well as 3x2=6, 4x2=8, 5x2=10 and 4x3=12 dual-lane. Siemens S7 controls, automatic film-splicing. Capacity upto 125 cycles/minute depending on product/configuration.

1 of used trayshrinkpacker, make Kisters (KHS), type 97/50. Built 1987 with new controls (Siemens S7, Rexroth servos) fitted in 2012. Originally used to pack the following loose beverage cans as 6x4-24 on tray with film: standard diameter 66 mm and sleek diameter 58 mm at a speed 50 trays/minute (splitter pin collating), as well as slim 53 mm diameter cans at 25-35 trays/minute (gating type collating). Last used to pack various cardboard multipacks (roller-bolt collating) on tray with or without film. Operates from left to right as seen from operator's station.

1 of used PadShrinkPacker, make KHS/Kisters, type PSP A-H (Advanced, High-speed), new 2013, operating side left, with Allen Bradley controls and Rexroth MI servo technology. With bobbin splicer. Used to pack various collations of standard 66 mm diameter beverage cans on pad plus film or in film-only. Was running in a canning line with nominal speed of 109000 cph.

Originally supplied/modified to pack standard (66 mm diameter x heights 115/168 mm) 330 ml (500 ml in future) beverage cans as: 2x2=4 3-lanes, 3x2=6 3-lanes, 4x2=8 2-lanes, 3x3=9 2-lanes, 5x2=12 2-lanes and 4x3=12 2-lanes. Last also used for sleek cans. Allen Bradley controls with Indramat servos.

The SP 100V was supplied/modified to pack standard (66 mm diameter x heights 115/168 mm) 330 ml (500 ml in future) beverage cans as: 2x2=4 3-lanes, 3x2=6 3-lanes, 4x2=8 2-lanes, 3x3=9 2-lanes and 4x3=12 2-lanes. The CB120 was designed to lane the 6-packs from 3 to 2 lanes and divide the 8-packs (previously turned from long- to short-side leading) from 2 to 3 lanes. Combined controls for the above machines as wells as inter-connecting pack conveyors. Interconnecting conveyors also available.

With Z-transfer between traypacker and wrapper to enable 4-sided coding (coding units NOT available). In excellent condition.
