Model BARFORMER Variable speed drive. The machine is currently set up
for a 10 lanes x 25mm trapezoid shape strips/ropes Inlet unions, with
overflow, for external hot or cold water are provided on the former
and sheeter rollers. 450mm Wide Belt Production capacity of approx 270
Bars/minute based on a bar size 80mm long and up to 30mm thick and
width of 25mm Cut off Length of the bar is instantly adjustable and
can easily be set according to customer requirements. The NID Former
continuously moulds ropes by passing the confectionery mass through
the profiled grooves in the forming roller. The formed ropes are
gently guided onto the belt conveyor to be cut to length by the
guillotine. The NID guillotine cuts the ropes to bar length on the
continuously moving container. The guillotine blade moves down as well
as in the direction of the belt motion to achieve precise vertical
cuts. The NID inline nut sprinkler applies chopped nuts, crispies or
chocolate chips on top of the ropes. The depth of the layer is
