KIMLA BPF 2030 CNC router was built in 2011 in Poland by POLCOM
Przemysław Kimla. The machine was regularly maintained throughout its
service life. In 2021, the ISEL 10 bearings along with the lead screw
in the Z axis were replaced.
KIMLA BPF 2030 is an excellent choice for both small and medium-sized
companies with a diverse production profile. The machine enables
precise machining of a wide range of materials, i.e. light metals,
plastics and wood. After fitting a special cutting head, it is also
possible to cut parts made of rubber and cardboard. All machining
processes are performed on a large work table with an ergonomic
design. The spindle, driven by a high-powered motor, rotates at a
maximum speed of 24000 rpm and moves in three X,Y,Z axes with feeds of
2000 mm, 3000 mm and 500 mm respectively. Tools taken from a
10-position magazine are in turn continuously measured and calibrated
by a special sensor to ensure maximum machining precision. The BPF
2030 CNC router weighs 3000 kg.
