As indicated in the notice of sale: The purchase is allowed within the
European Community exclusively for the purpose of
scrapping or compliance with regulations, subject to the signing of a
specific commitment
written and subsequent delivery of the documents of the scrapping from
by specialized subjects (form and certificate of completion
scrapping) no later than 5 days from the collection of the asset.
In the event of the award of goods intended for scrapping, the
successful tenderer,
at the time of collection, you must fill in and sign the
Waste Identification (FIR), consisting of four copies, one of which
must be issued to the transferor at the same time as the
collection of goods.
The successful tenderer also undertakes to send the transferor the
fourth copy
of the FIR, duly completed and countersigned by the authorised
facility,
certifying the delivery and treatment of waste, within the deadlines
provided for by applicable legislation.
Note: The functionality of the goods has not been verified. They
are sold in their existing state, without warranty of operation.
