STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
The CF/VR series motorized gooseneck hydraulic press models are
available in three different power outputs, from 80 to 150 tons.
Specially designed to carry out medium and high production work in
stamping, die-cutting and drawing.
These state-of-the-art presses stand out for their high versatility,
allowing them to be integrated into automatic production lines.
They work with a hydraulic pressure of less than 320 bar, which
guarantees greater durability of all components of the hydraulic
system.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The CF/VR series hydraulic gooseneck presses consist of an
electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel.
After the welding process, the structure is stabilized and machined to
ensure perfect parallelism and high precision.
The machine is calculated and designed using finite element software,
ensuring high standards of rigidity, precision and quality.
They incorporate a C45E steel upper table and lower table machined
with DIN-650 grooves.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP:
Single-acting cylinder with lapped liner, chrome plunger and
maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
For the quick approach and return, 2 double-acting side cylinders with
lapped jacket, chrome plunger and anti-wear guides have been installed
that allows us a fast speed for approach and return.
The motorized hydraulic unit includes a pre-filling valve for approach
and return and a fixed flow pump for work at constant speed.
Includes non-return valve, pressure limiting valve, cylinder
decompression valve and air-oil cooling equipment.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SECURITY:
As standard, it incorporates a SIEMENS safety PLC mod. SIMATIC S7-1200
and an adjustable panel with a 7ʹ touch screen mod. MPT-700. It
allows programming semi-automatic and automatic operating modes,
power, travel and dwell time of the upper cylinder.
It has the capacity to store up to 300 recipes, which can be
programmed independently.
The electric and hydraulic manoeuvres are redundant and
self-controlled. They incorporate an additional safety block and
self-control devices for manoeuvring and safety.
It includes the verification and certification of the correct
operation and the safety distance for the photocells.
The operation is carried out by means of an electric foot pedal at low
voltage.
To guarantee safety, they incorporate type 4 PLe safety light
curtains, located in the front work area, two practicable side
protections with polycarbonate windows and LED interior lighting.
