Unused Briggs of Burton process vessel, approximately 1,200 liters, in 316/316L stainless steel. The unit measures approximately 1,200 mm in diameter x 870 mm on the straight side. The unit features a bolt-on domed lid and welded hemispherical bottom. Internal design pressure rated for 10 bar/full vacuum in a range of -20 to 210 °C. 304/304L stainless steel outer jacket, rated for 10 bar design pressure/full vacuum in the range of -20 to 210 °C. The unit has a 316/316L stainless steel top-entry gate type agitator equipped with 11 kW motor/gearbox driven PTFE wall scrapers. The unit includes Silverson Model BE600 Bottom Inlet Emulsifier in 316/316L Stainless Steel, Driven by 22 kW Motor. The unit is mounted on 304/304L stainless steel legs.
