Used bottling line for packaging rapeseed oil made by Robak. New
2018.
The line is currently configured for 250-ml and 500-ml Marasca glass
bottles. The filling and capping machines are set up for these
capacities. The manufacturer also offers the option to fill round and
plastic bottles of various capacities with this setup.
It has primarily operated with 500 ml bottles, resulting in a
production rate of:
1,000–1,200 bottles per hour.
Total number of bottles produced: approximately 486,000.
The line began operation in 2020.
The line consists of the following components:
1. ANM-08 automatic bottle filler
- 10 filling heads with Coriolis mass flow meters
- Capacity: up to 1,500 bottles/hour
2. ZR-02 single-head automatic capping machine and MPZ-01 mechanical
cap feeder
- Capping machine equipped with a head for 31.5x24 aluminum caps
- Capping machine capacity: up to 2,500 bottles/hour
- Cap feeder capacity: up to 30,000 caps/hour
3. LEB-2000-2 Automatic Labeling Machine
- For both round and square bottles
- Capable of simultaneously applying front and back labels
4. System of horizontal/slat conveyors made of stainless steel
- Conveyor belt at the beginning of the line for bottle loading,
- Sheet metal guards mounted from above on the conveyor belt in the
section between the filler and the capper,
- A discharge table is located at the end of the line / behind the
capper.
