On behalf of our client, we are requested to offer this rotary cup /
bucket filling, hot sealing and snap capping machine for pre-formed
cups / buckets with handle for sale, due to stop of the production at
the current factory. The machine is delivered in 2019 and it is out of
production for ± 1 year. The line is already dismantled and located
in the warehouse of the dairy in Germany, where it can be inspected.
The filling machine has 1 or 2 lanes (depending on format, 100 gram
2-lane and 2/5 kg 1-lane). 3 format sets included. Format 1: round
plastic cup, ca. ø 104 x H 55 bzw. 65 mm, 100 gram. Format 2: round
plastic bucket with handle and collecting basket, ø 175 x H 131 mm. 2
kg. Format 3: round plastic bucket with handle and collecting basket,
ø 227 x H 194 mm. 5 kg. Working principle: Preformed cup / bucket
destacking, empty station (previous filling station for mozarella
balls, by infeed conveyor, now excluded), liquid doser with hopper
(for adding salt water, CIP cleanable), pre formed seal mounting
station (only for the small cups of 100 gram), hot sealing station
(only for the small cups of 100 gram), snap cap adding station, snap
cap pushing station and outfeed station. Control panel with PLC and
operation panel. Capacity: up to 4.000 cups per hour, depending on
format, product, packaging material and headspace in the cup. Machine
covered in polycarbonate cabinet for a safe work environment for the
operator with Hepa air filter in the roof of the machine. Manuals,
