Machine details: Built in Turin, Italy – Approx 1940s/1950s by Federation Industrial Metallico Torino (FIMT) who then branched out to cars becoming Federation Industrial Automobile Torino (FIAT). Dimensions: front to back 140 cm. 70 cm wide. 160cm high. The roaster does need a bit of work as not currently in working condition. It required the pulleys looking at and the chain tension. The motor also needs attaching to the back. The new gears on the lower back cost over £500 made specifically for this roaster 6/7 years ago. It produces a fine roast and is very simple to use.
