With the systems of the ViscoTreat series, e.g. ViscoTreat-Inline,
ViscoTec offers the optimal solution for batch and continuous material
preparation. These are installed as a preliminary measure for
dispensing applications for low- to high-viscosity adhesives, heat
pastes and solder pastes.
In order to ensure exact dosing results of highly filled materials,
their preparation before application is unavoidable. Fillers often
tend to sediment and agglomeration during longer storage and downtimes
of the dosing system. As a result, an exact application of the medium
is no longer possible. Dosing systems can become clogged and the wear
of the system components increases due to the separation of the
K51227004 fillers from the binder. In addition, there are considerable
deviations in the mechanical properties of the dosing medium.
