Urschel CC shredder/slicer/granulator/strip cutter.
This versatile machine is designed to cut slices, strips, shreds and
granules of a wide range of food products such as potatoes (for
crisps/chips), grated cheese for pizza, cheese powder, fresh
mushrooms, cabbage, lettuce, carrot, coconut and a variety of nuts,
among others.
The CC model features different cutting forms including flat slices,
V” and Z” crinkle slices, strips, full shreds, oval shreds, V”
Shreds, Flat-V™ H51249930 shreds, crescent shreds and grating
options. The grating heads offer diverse cuts ranging from cheese
powder to coarse granules.
