Cutting gap regulation and HOLE PUNCHING HEAD.
The cutting head is guided stably in guide columns over the entire stroke
length, so that an exact cut is always made. The cutting angle is negative, i.e.
the knives cut from front to back. This means the sheet metal cannot bend
move forward. The automatic cutting gap adjustment (patented) works
over the lower blades (therefore no tipping of the cutting head and abrasion of
the knife tips) and burr-free cuts are achieved with optimal protection
the knife. When using the punching head, the cutting head is raised, the
punching head mounted and it can be punched with a projection of up to 300 mm
and a maximum of 30 x 3 mm.
The machine is practically maintenance-free and the cutting area is P4419061 with
shatterproof, transparent plastic. The cutting performance relates
has a strength of 420 N/mm².
The machine was used in a well-kept small business for the production of
stainless steel special parts are used for kitchens, laboratories and clinics
and were only used by owner served.
The machine is sold because the owners have reached retirement age.
