Small shredder for a wide range of tasks such as old cables, plastics wood, etc. With hydraulic, electronically controlled feed. Drive 18.5 + 2.2 kW (rotor + feed). The machine was overhauled by the manufacturer ISVE in September 2020 and supplemented with an electronics for networking into a cable recycling line. A rotor cover for the optimized processing of old cables has also been added. Currently, the shredder has a 16 mm hole sieve but other hole diameters can also be added. With the 16 mm hole sieve, the shredder reaches about 250 kg/hour when processing mixing cables.

Small vibrating sieve with two decks for three fractions. The diameter of the sieve inserts is 400 mm. This includes a bet with balls that keep the screen insert clean from below. This is suitable, for example, for the screening/classification/quality assurance of copper granules (contamination by plastics or aluminium are sifted) or for the re-treatment of plastic granules from the cable recycling. The sieve is located in our demo pool and is little needed.

The JMC 407 is the top seller among our alligator scissors. It is cost-effective, has a sufficient knife length and enough power for most tasks in metal recycling. It is suitable for cutting many materials, such as profiles, pipelines, motors, transmission housings. The scissors are also frequently used for cleaning scrap metals or for cutting vehicle coolers. The machine has a control without electronics and a manually adjustable holder, which also acts as a protective hood. The scissors can be used by foot pedal in single or continuous operation. The opening width is adjustment via simple clamping screws.

The IRS 120 Easy is the perfect entry point into cable recycling.
