Special features of the ALPHATOME II series / EQUIPMENT:
Camera system:
Moving camera on the cross-drive carriage for easy positioning and cutting monitoring by the operator from the control panel. The graphic is done by a permanently visible button on the touch screen interface.
Protective devices:
7 Facilities for the protection of operating personnel. Photocells in the
front and back of the bridge. Emergency stop button on all corners, as well as on the external control panel.
Anti-glare-/splash protection:
The anti-glare panel of the bridge is raised or lowered automatically or by pressing a button. On the sides, the panel can be opened manually for the burner and wear parts. Furthermore, the noise development is significantly reduced and resulting smoke is better detected.
Remote control:
Portable wireless remote control with the main functions of the machine
