MADORA SB 1300X2500 aluminium grinding machine was built in 2018 in Poland. A highly reliable machine designed for a wide range of finishing operations i.e. deburring and edge rounding, achieves excellent machining results on the entire surface of the ground workpiece. For surface finishing of workpieces with a maximum thickness of 50 mm, the machine uses a 1300 mm wide technical fleece cylindrical grinding wheel with adjustable oscillation. The SB 1300X2500 aluminium sheet grinding machine is operated via a TFT control panel, which allows, among others, to adjust the machining thickness and change the feed speed of the gantry. The total weight of the machine is 2870 kg.
