LXSHOW LXW 2000 W FIBER laser cleaner manufactured by Chinese manufacturer LXSHOW Jinan Lingxiu Laser Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2022, is a widely used industrial device designed to remove e.g. rust, paint, oil and oxide layers from the surface of workpieces. The use of the laser cleaner guarantees the removal of contaminants without any damage to the surface and achieves exceptional cleanliness, impossible to achieve with conventional workpiece cleaning.

Laser cleaning is performed without the use of chemicals or cleaning solutions, making the fiber laser cleaner environmentally friendly. At the end of the process, the waste takes the form of a solid powder, easy to store and recycle. The LXSHOW fiber laser offered together with the reliable 2 kW RAYCUS RFL-C2000 generator ensures long-lasting, uninterrupted and highly efficient performance at a low cost of operation.

The LXSHOW LXW2000W cleaning laser is equipped with the HCS2000 handheld control system, which consists of a controller and a touchscreen. The machine operator can use the touchscreen to quickly and easily enter parameters, view alarm information and perform other operations. The rust removal laser also works in conjunction with a robot or manipulator, giving the possibility to clean workpieces in hard-to-reach places. The total weight of the M4451405 machine is 275 kg.
