Lifting machine for carousel pallets
The lifting machine is intended for the transport and stacking of
empty and occupied customer-specific pallets (note the recording of
the lifting machine)
Hoist
The hoist is integrated into the two main girders and consists of 4
hydraulic cylinders and eight flyer chains. The synchronization of the
4 lifting trains is hydraulically and monitored by sensors
Chassis carriers
The undercarriages also include the undercarriages and drive motors.
The undercarriage is guided on the crane runway via horizontal roller
guides.
Technology platform:
The central hydraulic power unit and the main cabinet of the lifting
machine are located on the platform.
Truss:
The crossbeam is used to hold the pallet. It is used to grab, lower,
lift and transport pallets. There are 4 grabs on the crossbeam, these
are hydraulically operated. The grippers snap into place
automatically
