ChocoTemper is part of the product line of the ICB Tecnologie chocolate temperature control device, with a tub capacity of 24 kg. Both machines can be equipped with vibrating table, while the coat straps for Chocotemper 24 are available • Stable stainless steel frame • Two independent motors, one for the screw and one for the agitator, for a longer life • Standard, removeable screw for easy cleaning and a quick change of chocolate • Control of the chocolate flow with pedal possible • Touchscreen control panel with various options: - Automatic dosages for a good way to do the right chocolate. - Night mode to keep the chocolate dissolved and reduce consumption during downtimes. - Counter-rotation of the screw, which is useful during cleaning

The Chocotemper 24 chocolate temperature control unit can be supplied with icBeLT, a coating strap with adjustable speed. It is used for overdrawing confectionery and chocolate products and is divided into three sections. • First section: loading area that can be stopped to position the products to be overdrawn. • Second section: overcoat area in which the products are M4432589 coated with chocolate: - vibrating system and blower with adjustable starch and temperature to remove the excess chocolate and facilitate the cleaning of the metal mesh. - scrapers with variable speed and direction of rotation to complete all types of products. - 2 available accessories: machine for partially overdrawn4nge and overdrawing machine for the underside of the product. • Third section: unloading area in which the coated products are positioned on the specially designed sheet metal.
