Coating machine ensuring perfect and uniform coating of products.

A conveyor belt transports the product, which is submerged by a 4-cascade curtain to ensure full coverage of the product. The bottom of the product is covered during passage through an immersion device. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted by the frequency inverter. The correct amount of batter can be adjusted with a valve on the feed. A specially designed hygienic fan blows the excess beater over the top of the product while the excess dough at the bottom is removed by an additional scraper or bottom vent. The blowing speed is controlled by frequency inverter and can be adjusted according to the application.
