Description:	Milling Centers EHLA ELHA Xpert-K 6 Axles horizontal used machine ELHA 6 Axis Horizontal Machining Center Xpert-K High-Performance Horizontal Machining Center The newly designed DEPO XPERT K horizontal machining centre offers a high degree of flexibility and above-average productivity. Description Horizontal BAZ The 6 axes are individually controllable. The HSK 100 holder makes it possible to clamp large tools and thus process large areas with high chip removal. Installed is a high-performance G30 fork head spindle with hydromechanical clamping system and a hybrid slewing bearing at top speed which allows extremely high speeds to be driven in order to achieve an optimal milling result even with the smallest tools. This fork head is equipped with a fully automated spindle change cycle, which makes it possible to replace the complete spindle in less than an hour. A hydraulic clamping device is installed for clamping components (effective table size 4370mm2500mm). The large travel allows the machining of large components without re-clamping. On the hardware side, a K11 module is installed, which monitors the current consumption of the spindle and uses this data to detect both wear and tool breaks and stops the machine. A fully automatic tool changer from Bosch with a total of 12 magazine slots is installed, which is loaded and unloaded by means of 2 grippers, while one gripper removes the tool from the spindle, the second is already in front of the spindle and waits to replace the new tool. The time to change tools is thus reduced to a minimum. The machining centre has 2 opposite doors for entering the machine interior and a frontal lock for loading and unloading large components. Chips are conveyed from the interior into two separate chip containers with two scratch tape chip conveyors. All control cabinets have an air conditioning unit, which makes the electronics independent of external influences. The BAZ has a swivelling tower that makes it possible to machine one after the other on several milling tables arranged around the machine. The tools are preset by means of an optical measuring system from ELBO.
