Concept Laser M2 cusing Multilaser: System technology for safe processing
of aluminium and titanium alloys
The Concept Laser M2 cusing Multilaser is designed in accordance with ATEX directives and enables
thus a safe processing of reactive materials. Like all machine solutions
from Concept Laser, the model has a spatial separation from the process chamber
and handling area for ease of use and safety.
The system is robust and suitable for 3-shift operation.
In addition, the laser source and filter technology are integrated into the system, resulting in a
small footprint. The large filter area of 20 square meters reduces the change intervals
of the filter, so that the system availability is increased.
In addition, the M2 cusing Multilaser has a water-floodable filter as standard,
where a safe filter change is ensured.
In contrast to the M2 cusing, the M2 cusing Multilaser is equipped with two lasers.
