Nut mount/rotation body for a 20mm ball screw according to DIN

This is a holder for a recirculating ball nut according to DIN 16mm. The rotating body was made of solid metal, the gearing was elaborately manufactured on a machining center with very tight tolerances. This ensures that the typical reverse slippage that occurs with standard pulleys is practically zero! So quality and precision are no coincidence

The first picture shows the rotating body, the second picture a typical application. The rotating body C6164021 is supplied with the C6164021 corresponding nut and is black burnished.

The nut mount has 38 teeth and is intended for use with an HTD 5M timing belt -9mm wide.

Also available in 16 / 25 and 32mm and larger quantities possible.
