As an official and exclusive sales partner for the German-speaking region, I am pleased to present our latest model to you. After almost 50 years of construction of the previous model since the beginning of the 1970s (better known as the GORI brush machine), the new model is now an extensive update with extended applications. Who is this machine suitable for? - Carpentry /carpentry that manufactures carports, facades, terraces, garden houses, etc. - Wood industry companies that paint, read or impregnate industrial boards / beams / slabs etc. Technical data: max. workpiece height: 250mm max. workpiece width: 250mm (or 380mm = Ceetec A380) Speed: 16-42m/min Connection: 400V / 1.5kw Benefits ggü. simple spray painting: 1. The wood protection is massaged evenly into all pores, which ensures a high resistance. 2. Different suction behavior (e.g. especially for spruce) is largely equalized, because first a surplus is applied, which absorbs about 2-3s into the wood before the brushes peel it off. The principle is very simple: In the front area, the workpiece is flooded all around with lacquer material (lacquer/glaze/impregnation/oil) and in the rear area 8 counter-running brushes (2 per side) reattach the excess material and massage it into all pores at the same time, so that the wood protection is optimally applied. The matching roller conveyors are equipped with disc rollers in the outlet, which leave only minimal impressions. When using a water-based system, the machine is then simply cleaned with water. The polluted water (15-40L per cleaning) can either be collected by a waste disposal company, or reprocessed to reuse it / cheaper than waste water.
