Step 1: Foil blanks are separated from the stack by the vacuum plate and partially glued via the gluing unit

Work step 2: The A4 cardboard blanks from the additional cover sheet feeder with conveyor belt are separated and transported to the transfer position.

Step 3: The partially glued film blank is transferred to the positioned A4 cardboard blank for transfer to the final position.

Step 4: Transport by means of a pressure unit.

Suitable for solid, shape, edge or M443555 strip gluing, depending on the design of the glue transfer roller in time, from different carriers, such as punched blanks, etc.
