Liqui Filter Chip Processing System
Chip preparation system for the recovery of coolants, oils and drying
of chips
Steel chips are crushed and centrifuged. The separated coolant is
processed and made available to the system again.
The dried chips are collected in an on-site chip trolley. Sedimented
sludge is collected in a container and discharged into a sludge tank
on site.
Advantages of continuously operating horizontal centrifuges

The investment costs of the centrifuge are significantly lower
compared to other centrifuges, with the same capacity.
Installation is simple and can be done quickly.
- Low operating and maintenance costs
The centrifuge is suitable for installation in a continuously
operating chip preparation system and then operates without manual
operation.
The maintenance costs - which are relatively high for other
centrifuges - are lower with this horizontal centrifuge because each
part is easy to reach.
During maintenance, the centrifuge does not need to be lifted or
moved. All comb grates and capping parts are located at an ideal
working height.
