Overview This Ortmann + Herbst Hansa B 100/20 is a rotary filler-capper monoblock for glass bottles, originally built in 1994 and completely refurbished in Germany in 2013. It combines 100 filling valves with a 20-head aluminium screw capper in a single machine and reaches up to 30,000 bottles per hour with 750 ml glass bottles. The 2013 refurbishment covered the machines controls, drive and guarding: a new electrical system with Siemens S7 control and a Siemens SIMATIC MP377 12 touch panel, a new main bearing, and a new safety housing around the machine.
