Main components:
• D1 - Raw material loading hopper for storage of raw material
loaded by wheel loader – 15 ton/h;
• P1 - Disruptor/Crusher - Crushes any aggregates of various sizes
present in the raw material arriving from D1 – 15 tons/h;
• R1 - R24 Granulator Mixer - mixes and granulates the raw material
from P1 and discharges the wet product into the hopper – 8 ton/h;
Main components:
• B1B Fluid bed dryer - Dries wet granules from R1 - 8 ton/h;
• T5 - Vibrated tubular duct with loading ports - Transport of dried
granules and fine powder respectively from B1B the dust discharge
rotocell from the PD4 filter to the P5 vibrating screen;
• P5-Vibrating Screen - Selects the dried granules from T7 in the
following sizes: >5 mm (to be ground and recycled); 2-6 mm (finished
product); < 2 mm (to be recycled) – 10.5 ton/h in total; • P6 –
Oversize granule grinding mill – Grinds the >5mm granules from P5
before being stored for recycling – 1.5 ton/h;

• B1B Fluid Bed Dryer - Dries wet granules material: Steel 1.4301,
Steel S235 - The dryer is sized to reduce the free moisture of the
incoming wet granules from 12% to 2%: the nominal heat output required
is 1000 kW. Two vibrating motors. - mass flow rate: 8 ton/h;
• P3 - Air fan for cooling - Takes air from the internal environment
and introduces it into the final section of the dryer to cool the
dried product before its exit - Flow rate of processed gas: 6100
m3/h;
• F4 - Bag filter after dryer - Filters fine solid particles
