YILI ZL 100 Repelletising plants

We offer a complete plastic waste pelletizing line designed for processing LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE film waste, production scrap (straps, mouldings, parts), mixed plastics and light packaging waste.

The line is based on a compactor and a ZL 100 single-screw extruder Ø100 mm with double degassing and a water ring pelletizing system. The plasticizing unit (screw and barrel) is NEW. The line has undergone a complete overhaul and is ready for industrial operation.

4. Hydraulic plate screen changer 2×Ø200

Ensures continuous melt filtration and stable pressure and granulate quality.

5. Water ring pelletizer

6. Centrifugal dryer

Tests, technological acceptance and commissioning

– It is possible to carry out test runs of the line at our facility using the Customer's material – this allows verification of throughput, pellet quality and optimisation of process parameters.
– The line price includes a technological acceptance with a trial run at our plant using the Customer's material.
– At extra cost, we can provide on-site commissioning at the Customer's plant and staff training in operation, adjustment and basic maintenance.

On request we can assist with:

– adapting the line configuration to specific materials and required capacities,
– integration into an existing plant (feeding, storage, dedusting, additional recycling stages).
