We offer a complete strand pelletizing line based on the POL-SERVICE PSMG 85 single-screw extruder. Manufactured in 2021, the machine has very low operating hours and remains in excellent, near-new condition.

The system was engineered specifically for the recycling and regranulation of expanded materials such as PP and PE as well as standard polyolefins (PPE, EPS). It ensures homogeneous plasticizing, effective melt degassing, and consistent dry strand pelletizing.

-Digital PID temperature controllers paired with solid-state relays (SSR)
