We offer a twin-screw extruder CINCINNATI CM 45, designed for the processing of plastics (m.in. profiles, pipes, granulation, regranulation, compounding). The machine is located in Poland, has undergone a comprehensive technical and electrical overhaul and is fully ready for operation.

Technological tests, acceptance and commissioning:
Tests on the customer's material: It is possible to carry out technological tests in our factory on the raw material entrusted by the customer. This allows us to verify the performance of the machine in real conditions and precisely select process parameters.
Technological acceptance: The price of the device includes technological acceptance with trial commissioning in our plant on the customer's material.
Assembly and training: For an additional fee, we offer commissioning of the extruder at the customer's site and training of personnel in operation and basic maintenance.
Integration and accessories: On request, we advise and supply complete accompanying equipment (dispensers, heads, cooling and calibration tanks, lashings, saws/guillotines, granular machines) and integrate the extruder into the existing process line.
