A professional machine for fast, repeatable coiling and securing of pipe coils. Complete unit, ready for operation – ideal for production plants and converting shops.

Main assemblies
Binding & Stretch-Wrapping Unit – automatic coil tying and stretch-film wrapping; rigid frame, spool feeders, adjustable tension/tying force, quick material changeover.
Coiling Unit – high-efficiency module with adjustable speed; the drum with arms/vanes adapts to various pipe diameters and widths, ensuring consistent coil shape and neat packaging.
Control Cabinet with HMI Panel – touchscreen with intuitive menus, recipes and production counters; stack-light status/safety/alarm indication; quick changeovers.
Discharge/Stacking Unit – receives and places finished coils; height/position adjustment for ergonomic take-off and minimized downtime.
