Scope of Recent Comprehensive Overhaul:
Precision grinding and resurfacing of all sealing and mating surfaces (upstream and downstream).
Thorough cleaning of breaker plate surfaces and complete removal of all carbon residues and degraded polymer.
Fabrication of new, custom spacer plates to compensate for ground surfaces and maintain original factory geometry.
Precise setting and calibration of operational clearances and tolerances.
Reconditioning/regeneration of the one-way rotary drive mechanism.
Regeneration and sharpening of the cutting knives, including accurate clearance alignment relative to the head.
