Description
Used recycling plant in a very heavy version.
This almost indestructible cable granulation system has a very heavy and strong granulator in relation to its size. The granulator also has a unique opening mechanism that allows almost perfect access to the cutting blades. Checks and fault rectification are possible with minimal effort.
In addition, changing and adjusting the blades becomes almost "child's play".
In addition to the "normal overhaul", we have also retrofitted a modern cutting table with a mesh size of 60 μm and corrugated structure on the separator. The quality of the products can therefore compete with that of new machines without any compromises.
As a further modernization, we have added an electronic belt control system so that the system can be integrated fully automatically into a line of conveyor belts, metal separators and dosing accumulators.
The machine is currently still being refurbished, so current photos will be submitted later.
