1 used Framax Tribloc bottle filler, built in 2012, consisting of Borelli 9-digit rinser and 8-digit low vacuum / gravity filler type CIAO-xp with 1-digit Arol Eagle C 26 mm crown corker. Plant last used for filling beer (bottle fermentation) in 61 mm diameter 330 ml as well as 71 mm diameter 500 ml glass bottles at an output of 1,920 bottles/hour. Filler also suitable for bottling wine.

Glass Bottle Filling Line foor Beer and CSD FRAMAX 3000 bph – 2017 This filling line used to fill beer in 330 ml glass bottles with crown caps. This complete line was delivered by Italian Framax in year 2017 and it has operated only about 2600 hours. It contains automatic depalletizer, self-adhesive labeller, tri-bloc bottling machine and carton box packaging machine. Bottling machine consist of 16 clamps rotating rinser with single hot water treatment, an isobaric 16 valve counterpressure filler with double air pre-evacuation with CO2 and a single head crowner. Filling vales are DPS type the product is spread along bottle sides by a rubber packing mounted on the levelling system. As soon as the product level reaches the hole on the levelling system the filling nozzle is shut off mechanically by a control cam.
