Overview These 5 insulated pressure tanks (100 hl each) manufactured
by TMCI Padovan in 1985 originate from the wine industry and were
previously used for sparkling wine production. Due to their pressure
rating and full cooling jacket design, they are suitable for
fermentation, maturation, and storage of carbonated products. The
tanks are constructed from carbon steel with an internal food-grade
epoxy coating, a technology widely used in the industry before
stainless steel became standard. While not as common today as
stainless steel vessels, these tanks offer a cost-effective
alternative, particularly for producers with lower investment budgets.
Each tank is fully insulated and equipped with a complete cooling
jacket, enabling controlled temperature processes. It should be noted
that the epoxy coating requires periodic renewal, depending on usage
