Overview This set of 6 isobaric fermentation tanks was manufactured
in 2014 by the Spanish company Talleres Perman S.L.. Each tank has a
capacity of 1,000 liters and is designed for fermentation and
maturation under pressure, ideal for beer, cider or sparkling wine.
The tanks have integrated cooling jackets and have decorative wooden
cladding on the outside, which can be removed if necessary. The tanks
are for sale as a planned increase in production was ultimately not
