The usefull capacity of the BAADER 36 and 134 herring filleting machine can be increased by a combination with the BAADER 478 automatic feeder wich aligns herring, sprats, sardines and similar fish and feeds them to the processing machine.
A variable-speed elevator raises the fish from a water filled hopper and delivers them uniformly to five feed channels. Fish traveling head forward are led directly to the timing device. Fish with tail leading are turned around. The timing device releases M51248214 single fish synchronized wuth the M51248214 processing machine and transports them through a back and belly aligning device into the feed troughs of the processing machine.
