Water degassing (deareation) system for removing oxygen from drinking
water, mainly built in 1995. The system operates using a two-stage
cold degassing process involving counter-current stripping with CO₂
and consists of the following components: - 2 degassing vessels
connected in series - Vacuum pump with separator - 70 hl holding tank
(Gross, 2018) for storing degassed water at up to 4 bar overpressure.
- Centrifugal pumps - CO2 dosing via needle valve - Pipe panel,
various pipework, valves, fittings, measurement and control technology
- Control cabinet with Simatic S5 control system, Additional title:

deareation vessels each: 285 l ; overpressure up to 1 bar, Gross
volume buffer tank: 7060 l ; overpressure up to 4 bar, Residual oxygen
