Flexibility also in the choice of material and surface to be sanded:
The Profilsand 6 can process different surfaces (impregnated,
primed...) and types of wood (solid wood, veneered parts, MDF, etc.).
The machine is equipped according to your specifications.
Basic machine
- Machine bed made of steel frame to ensure high stability.
- Ground and therefore absolutely flat surface of the machine bed.
- All movements of the aggregates are carried out on linear guides
with recirculating ball bearings to ensure durability, precision and
strength.
- Feed via a driven conveyor belt.
- Adjustable support rollers for supporting the parts between the
lower units
- Pressure rollers are positioned at the top along the entire length
of the machine to ensure the stability of the workpiece feed in the
machine. The rubberized rollers are equipped with a spring system.
