KAWASAKI BA006L welding robot was built in 2019 in China by Kawasaki Precision Machinery (Suzhou) Ltd. The machine designed for arc welding of workpieces is distinguished by its robust arm, high precision and reliability. Each of the 6 axes is driven by powerful servomotors that guarantee excellent movement speed and dynamics. All cabling, on the other hand, is routed inside the through-hole wrist to minimise the wear and the possibility of cable interference with peripheral devices. The KAWASAKI 6-axis robot weighs 160 kg.

KAWASAKI BA006L works with a two-axis, electrically driven welding positioner. The device rotates and tilts workpieces during the process, enabling the welding of even the most complex shapes. Both axes are controlled continuously from the robot controller.
