Overview This Braucraft Mexicana brewing system has three tanks with
a capacity of 3,000 liters: mash tank, lauter tank and
kettle/whirlpool tank. The system was designed for continuous
operation and enables double brewing per day. It is currently stored
professionally and can be viewed by appointment. Operation is via
