Our YS501X ECONOMIC carton sealer is a cost-effective solution when it
comes to securely sealing cartons in rather large formats. Two side
conveyor belts ensure that your cartons are safely transported through
the carton sealer. The carton width is adjusted mechanically via a
crank. The height adjustment is particularly easy and quick to solve
on this machine, because the upper gluing unit only has to be unlocked
and can then be easily brought to the respective height. Due to the
mechanical adjustment of the formats, this machine is intended for
serial production, where boxes in the same format need to be closed
for a longer period of time.
The lid flaps of the cartons are pressed down manually before feeding
into the machine. This machine is designed for V51263748 adhesive
tapes with a core diameter of 76 mm and a width of 50 mm. We recommend
using machine tape with more meters per roll (than hand rolls), so you
can work longer without having to change the tape!
PP & PVC tapes can be used as well as environmentally friendly paper
tapes. The gluing units
can be easily taken out to change the adhesive rollers.
However, this can also be used if you only want to glue boxes at the
top ( keyword: automatic bottom boxes )
